Springtime
This time of the year brings us the I Madonnari street painting festival in San Luis Obispo and the Paso Robles Wine Festival. Wonderful green hills and springtime flowers abound.
Summer
Locals and tourists alike make plans to attend the California Mid-State Fair and the world-renown Mozart Festival. A must for Pismo Beach is the spectacular July 4th fireworks display bursting over the Pacific Ocean.
Fall
Don’t miss the Colony Days celebration in Atascadero, the Morro Bay Harbor Festival, and the world famous Clam Festival in Pismo Beach. This is the time of year to watch for frolicking dolphins, whales feeding nearby and pelicans gliding through the air.
Winter
Marvel at the gatherings of thousands of monarch butterflies in Pismo Beach, enjoy a live performance of “The Nutcracker” at a local performing arts center or enjoy a cup of steaming hot chocolate while watching the waves crash into the Pismo Beach Pier.
